We’ve always wanted to make a chai that made spice the star of the show. A blend that kicks like a mule but tastes so damn good you keep coming back for more. So, we went back to the drawing board and created our Chilli Chai.

Sure, it’s got the usual suspects, but this one hits different. That warmth from the Sichuan pepper delivers a punch to the back of the throat with a mouth-tingling finish that lingers just long enough for you to enjoy it all over again, every sip. 

Some spicy blends are just about the burn. Not this one. It’s got the perfect balance of heat and complexity—enough to satisfy both the spice-curious and the hardcore fire-chasers.

Moorish. Savoury. Peppery.

How to Brew

HOME – Add 25grams of chai to a small saucepan. Pour in just enough boiling water to submerge the leaves & allow to steep for 3-4 minutes. Add your milk of choice and brew over a medium heat until you can see steam. Strain into your favourite chai mug & sip away.

NO MILK – Add 25grams of chai to 400ml of 95 degree water and brew for 3-4 minutes. Stream and enjoy.

BARISTA - Whack 25 grams of chai into the bottom of a jug. Add just enough boiling water to submerge the leaves, allow to brew for 3-4 minutes. Add desired milk and steam. Strain into a cup & serve with a grin.

Chai Spice blend (Ginger, Clove, Dates, Fennel Seed, Star Anise, Rapadura Sugar, Sichuan Peppers, Cardamom, Chilli Flakes, Pink Peppercorn), Maple Syrup, Black Tea, Rice Malt Syrup.
