How to Brew
HOME – Add 25grams of chai to a small saucepan. Pour in just enough boiling water to submerge the leaves & allow to steep for 3-4 minutes. Add your milk of choice and brew over a medium heat until you can see steam. Strain into your favourite chai mug & sip away.
NO MILK – Add 25grams of chai to 400ml of 95 degree water and brew for 3-4 minutes. Stream and enjoy.
BARISTA - Whack 25 grams of chai into the bottom of a jug. Add just enough boiling water to submerge the leaves, allow to brew for 3-4 minutes. Add desired milk and steam. Strain into a cup & serve with a grin.

Chai spice blend (ginger, cloves, dates, star anise, fennel seed, cinnamon, cardamon, Rapadura sugar, pink peppercorns), Maple syrup, Assam black tea.

Since giving up coffee a few years ago, I switched to chai with all its glorious benefits. I occasionally make my own mix but since finding Caravan Chai, I’m absolutely loving their blend. The maple syrup is really good in it.

Best chai ever!! As a regular and exclusively chai not coffee drinker, I have tried a lot of chai. This one is by far the best chai I e ever had, made by the best people. The flavours of the Top Self are spot on, lovely spice flavour with a beautiful subtle sweetness of the pure maple syrup. They know exactly where all their ingredients come from and support small and local as much as they can. I have been drinking this chai for years now. Couldn’t recommended the chai enough and supporting the lovely people that make it just an added bonus.
